NAME
     fill - fill a container with a liquid from somewhere

USAGE
     fill <target> { [ from | with | using ] } <source>

DESCRIPTION
     You use "fill" to get some liquid (most likely water) into a jug,
     bucket, etc., that you are carrying. The liquid can be obtained from a
     specific target, perhaps from a fountain or a lake.

EXAMPLE
      > ex bucket
      A medium copper bucket. It's going a bit green. Slightly wet from
      water.
      > fill bucket
      You fill the medium bucket.
      > ex bucket
      A medium copper bucket. It's going a bit green. Full to the brim with
      water.
