NAME
emoteto - emote a message to one person
USAGE
emoteto <player[@mudname]> <text>
DESCRIPTION
This command is generally not available to players.
This command writes text to the screen of the target player in the
form:
<your_name> <text>
EXAMPLE
> emoteto spoo wonders what you are on about.
You emote to Spoo: Usurper wonders what you are on about.
Spoo will see:
Usurper wonders what you are on about.
