NAME
     rsoul - send a random soul to somebody

USAGE
     rsoul [ <person> ]

DESCRIPTION
     Feeling brave? Know somebody _really_ well? Show you play Russian
     Roulette with the best of them. "rsoul" your friends.

     "rsoul" picks a random soul from the entire list of souls that exist.
     Most of the time "rsoul" will pick an appropriate or funny soul, but
     be warned that it will sometimes choose something you wouldn't have
     done.

     For maximum enjoyment make sure they you and your friends have used
     "consent <player> everything".

EXAMPLE
     > rsoul ksl
     You kick Ksl.

     > rsoul ksl
     You hug Ksl.

     > rsoul ksl
     You shout "Oi, Ksl, No!"
