NAME
shout - shout something so that everyone hears it
USAGE
shout <text>
DESCRIPTION
This command is for those big-mouths that just love the sound of their
own voice and assume that everyone else loves it too. This command
shouts something so that everyone in Nanvaent hears it.
EXAMPLE
> shout I just solo'd the deathknight
You shout: I just solo'd the deathknight
Lee shouts: Well done
John yells: Congratulations!
