NAME
     whisper - whisper something to someone in the same location

USAGE
     whisper [to] <player> <text>

DESCRIPTION
     This command allows you to whisper something to someone in the same
     location as you without anyone else being able to hear. Unlike "tell"
     however, other players in your location are informed that you are
     using whisper, but they cannot see what was whispered.

EXAMPLE
     > whisper to hagbard hello
     You whisper to Hagbard: hello

     Hagbard sees:
        Mhoram whispers to you: hello

     Everyone else in your location sees:
        Mhoram whispers to Hagbard.
