Elemental commands: cast
The cast command enables to you cast spells at targets. But as an elementalist, you need to have sufficient energy (gp) and hold the proper node stone in your hand. To cast a spell of an element, hold the a stone with that element in your hand. If the stone is sufficiently (re)charged, you can then cast the spell.
