The mercy command only affects fights against other players. When mercy is on you will leave player victims unconcious rather than taking their life. Default for this command is 'off'.
Usage:
mercy [yes|on|no|off]
Example:
> mercy on
> You feel merciful towards your foes
> mercy off
> You will fight to the death
